Anyways, we don't have set rules on how we choose the skateboarders we sponsor. Because every skater is so unique.

But here's some advice to help you on your way - for Cloud 9 or any other skateboard brand.

Identify what makes you stand out. Share how it makes you unique and how you think it can inspire other skateboarders. Please know, it's not just what you can do on your skateboard, but what you do off of your skateboard too.

Send over your best footage. Share your social platforms that you're most proud of, and have fun! That's what skateboarding is all about.

Can I still buy from your online store?

Yes! Our online store is open. We are accepting orders and shipping them out as quickly and safely as we can.

Are you shipping orders out like "normal"?

We're doing everything in our power to get your order out the same day you place it. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Package® with tracking. We ship orders Monday - Saturday. If there are any delays we will email you.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your address, please contact ASAP. Once your order ships out, we are unable to change it.

What if I'm not there to get my package?

USPS will deliver your package in a safe place at the address you provided. No signature needed. We will also send you email updates about your order as it moves from us to you.

Did returns get extended?

We are chill about returns. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If for some reason you need to return something email us at and we'll get you taken care of. ASAP.

Has Covid-19 affected your supply chain?

As of right now, there are no changes in our supply chain as a result of Covid-19. Should this change, we will update this page.

Wash in Cold Water

Warm water fades colors faster, also wears the fabric down, and can cause shrinking to occur. So by using cold water, you can ensure your t-shirt colors will look brighter and last months longer... without shrinking! So it'll save you money on your clothes by not having to replace them every few months. And since you'll be using cold water, you'll save on your water bill. We call that a win-win, win!

Wash it Inside Out

You probably already wash your clothes inside out, but if you don't... Start right now. This allows any sweat, dead skin cells, and bacteria to get washed away. And it'll protect the logos and prints during the wash cycle, keeping you and your clothes looking fresh.

Wash with Similar Clothing

Seems like a no-brainer, but wash your t-shirts with other t-shirts. Your sweatshirts with other sweatshirts. You get it. It's easier on your machine and your clothing. Oh, and one more thing, wash with like colors.

Hang it Out to Dry

Whenever you can hang dry your clothes, do it. This keeps the logos and prints lasting longer. It also helps maintain the shape and fit for longer. But if you must tumble dry inside out on low temperature.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you have a Cloud 9 account?

Awesome! Login to your account through our online store. Check the fulfillment status. If it says "fulfilled" click the order number. This is where you'll find your tracking information. You can do this for all current and past orders.

I don't have a Cloud 9 account yet...

Once your order gets fulfilled, you'll get a confirmation saying your order shipped. This email will contain the tracking information for your order. If you haven't received an email - check your spam folder. 99% of orders ship the same day when you order by 4 pm.

Please keep in mind, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after it shipped.

How do I get a Cloud 9 account?

Glad you asked! It's simple. Create an account, enter your details, and click sign up. We'll email you to activate your account. This is 100% free and an easy way to keep track of all your Cloud 9 orders.

Yes, we collect sales tax on all orders in Indiana. We then pay the collected tax over to the state. We don't keep any sales tax money for ourselves.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to have an amazing experience when buying from Cloud 9! Returns vary based on the product you're buying.

We offer free returns to customers in the USA. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for the cost of your returns.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Cloud 9 Grip. So if you buy a sheet of grip from us, skate it, and you're not 100% satisfied, we will refund your money. No questions asked. Once you skate the grip, we can't get the grip off of your board and sell it to someone else. So there is no risk to you. Yes, you could buy a sheet of our grip, email us asking for a refund and rip us off. So far no one has and we trust that you won't do that either. We intend to treat you like we would like to get treated. Sorry if that sounds strange to you.


Again, our goal is to make you 100% satisfied with your Cloud 9 order. Sometimes items don't fit as expected or some other reason. With that said you have 90 days from the day you received your order to return it. All clothing items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not ship clothing items with price tags on them.

From the day your order arrives, you have 90 days to return your products. It's super easy, pinky promise!

We go to great extremes to make sure every product we ship is in 100% perfect condition before we ship it to you. All grip ships in rigid boxes. While all clothes ship in durable mailers.

It's my money and I want it now! Hey, we hear you loud and clear. Depending on the county & the bank you deal with, it can take up to 14 business days to get back into your bank account. Believe us, we wish it was faster...

Once you press 'place your order' we're unable to make any changes to your order.

So if you ordered the wrong size or product, entered the wrong address, or want to add items to your order... You'll want to cancel your order and place another order.

If you want to add items to your order, no need to cancel it. Just place another order.

Since we fulfill orders in the same day, we give you a 15 minute grace period where you can cancel your order.

After the 15 minute grace period it's too late. You'll have to process a return when the product arrives to you.

Now, if you enter the wrong address during checkout - we can not get held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not obligated to refund or replace this order.
